The PVPA meets at 7:00 P.M. on the last Thursday of the month.

Meeting changes and additional information including Zoom links will be sent to members via email in advance of the meeting date.

Each member may show up to three (3) images, with a preference for an image before and after editing together with an explanation as to how and why the photographer reached the end result. 

Photos for the meeting should be emailed to: pvpa@natureexplorations.com prior to 8:00 P.M. the day before. 

Additional Information

• Images should be jpeg or png and don't need to be more than 3-5 megabytes in size. 1600 pixels on the long dimension should be good. We would greatly appreciate getting the images sent as attachments. Dropbox or Google drive links are OK too. If sending any other format I may not recognize it and miss the images.
  
  Images should be sent by 8pm the day before the meeting to be sure to be included. Anything after that may not be included if I have a late day at work that Thursday.
   
• PRINT EXCHANGE — If you bring one in you leave with one from a fellow member. Bring a print that you would hang in a gallery-Preferably 16 x 20 matted.
• THEME — Bring in images pertaining to the month's theme. You don't have to participate, you can just bring in any images you like.
• ROTATIONS:
  • BAYSTATE FRANKLIN MEDICAL CENTER — 5-6 16 x 20 prints with an 8 x 10 framed bio. One member bi-monthly.
  • BAYSTATE SPRINGFIELD MEDICAL CENTER — 5-4 image panels and 1-3 image panel.
• BRING A GUEST — You are encouraged to bring a guest. We are looking for new members who are interested in photography, learning, and perfecting their own skills. Help build our next generation of members.
