PVPA MEETING PLAN, 2018

Meetings begin promptly at 7pm on the last Thursday of the month. Open to the public; visitors are welcome.

Additional Information

  • PRINT EXCHANGE — If you bring one in you leave with one from a fellow member. Bring a print that you would hang in a gallery-Preferably 16 x 20 matted.
  • THEME — Bring in images pertaining to the month's theme. You don't have to participate, you can just bring in any images you like.
  • ROTATIONS:
    • BAYSTATE FRANKLIN MEDICAL CENTER — 5-6 16 x 20 prints with an 8 x 10 framed bio. One member bi-monthly.
    • BAYSTATE SPRINGFIELD MEDICAL CENTER — 5-4 image panels and 1-3 image panel.
  • BRING A GUEST — You are encouraged to bring a guest. We are looking for new members who are interested in photography, learning, and perfecting their own skills. Help build our next generation of members.
  • PVPA MEMBERS’ EXHIBIT — Valley Photo Center , in the month of September, details TBD 

Meeting Location

 

DIRECTIONS: Quabbin Visitors' Center; Take 9 East from the Rt 202/Rt 9 intersection in Belchertown; look for Quabbin, Windsor Dam, State Police sign; turn north from route 9 onto the long paved access road as shown on the Google map below). The entrance to the access road is almost precisely 3 miles east (along route 9) from the intersection of routes 202 and 9. The access road is about 1/3 mile long.
